It was fascinating to observe the windy afternoon in Manang. Although the dusty environment was uncomfortable, I still had a great time. The gradual ascent I had from Chulu high camp to its peak is also something I’ll never forget. I recall leaving my crampon behind as we descended from Chulu Base Camp. Nevertheless, our affable guide was able to obtain it from there. It was the most adventure I’ve ever had, to the point of overwhelming. We appreciate the efforts of the Peregrine Tours & Treks crew in organizing this fantastic adventure.
Outstanding was the flight from Chulu Base Camp back to Kathmandu in a chopper. A helicopter trip above the lush, verdant Annapurna region was breathtaking. The snow was visible around the northern Himalayas, including Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, and Nilgiri. I also recall seeing a herd of musk deer moving across the meadows while flying in the helicopter. Despite this, the trail through the Rhododendron forest from Chame to Yak Kharka was quite impressive. In the same way, it was delightful to see a bunch of yaks enjoying a trail to the jomson amid the chilly northern wind.
We decided to choose Peregrine Treks & Tours because they always let us casually trek to the location without being rushed or anything. Trekking over the difficulties towards the Chulu summit was incredible while keeping the body acclimated. The guides were excellent; they seamlessly looked after us. Since the entire crew of the Peregrine takes complete responsibility for everything, I would never have thought to go trekking with anybody other than this company. It will be one of our favorite experiences in Nepal for the rest of our lives. The ascent of Chulu West Peak was substantially better overall.
We appreciate Peregrine providing us with the necessary gear for the Chulu West Peak Climbing. I was initially a little apprehensive about using the equipment, but I’m grateful to my guide, Ninja, for teaching me how to wear and attach the gear properly. We essentially set up camp at the Chulu West Peak Base Camp in a reasonably simple place right at the mountain’s edge. There was a sleeping bag and inflatable cushion service, which was a fantastic experience. An astonishing sight to behold was the bitter cold landscape in the western Himalayas of Nepal.
I felt happy to see our guides’ climbing abilities. Despite their velocity, they were always there for us. The staff and guides at Peregrine Treks made the arduous, tight, steep climb enjoyable while also helping to build confidence. In addition, I was in a celebratory frame of mind when I realized that I had reached Chulu Peak’s peak. The view from above was something breathtaking perspective of the hamlet below the mountain. I would suggest doing Chulu West peak climbing with Peregrine Treks and Tours once in a lifetime since the services along the route were pleasant and fulfilling.
The excellent lodging options at the foot of the Himalayas were the highlight of this expedition. I did not anticipate being able to find such obedient meals and lodging. The teahouses’ window scenery was stunning and magnificent. The natives were also relatively modest at the same time. Also, they provide me with the mutton and an exquisite wool fleece hoodie from yak fur. Other than this, the ascent to the peak was exciting. However, the most memorable part of the adventure was the helicopter flight from Chulu West Base Camp to Kathmandu. We will undoubtedly return to Peregrine Treks & Tours again because of their fantastic impression on us.
